Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you can still raise a return if something is wrong with it.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and returned to the original payment method.

• UPI: 1–3 working days.
• Cards: 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Netbanking and wallets: 3–5 working days.

Once we initiate a refund the remaining time is with your bank; we cannot speed that up, but we can give you the reference number to quote.

Partial orders

If only part of your order is cancelled or returned, we refund that portion. Delivery charges are refunded only when the entire order is cancelled before dispatch, or when the fault was ours.
