Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and delivery address — needed to deliver your order.
• Your order history, so you and our support team can see what you bought.
• A cart cookie, so your cart survives between visits. It is an opaque identifier and grants no account access.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; those details go straight to them and never touch our servers.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to fulfil your order:

• Our courier partner — name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel.
• Razorpay — to process the payment.
• Our SMS and email providers — to send order updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time by emailing support@shoppixindia.com; we will keep only what law obliges us to.

Your choices

Email support@shoppixindia.com to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
